SUSAN KOPRICH -

Susan Koprich has over 26 years of legal experience and is a licensed paralegal in the Province of Ontario. Susan graduated from McMaster University with a B.A in 1994 and is a former President of the Paralegal Society of Ontario. She graduated with Honours in Legal Assistant from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. She has the honor to have taught at the Law Society of Ontario several times, as well as, for professional associations for paralegals, translators, and other continuing professional development corporations. Ms. Koprich has appeared on several television and radio broadcasts, even having a call in show to do with Small Claims Court. Susan also spoke at Parliament during the regulation of paralegals and after the Honourable Mr. Peter Kormos commented, “I want to thank those people who appeared in front of the committee. There were so many of them, but it was especially delightful to have some young paralegals in front of the committee. One of them was Susan Koprich, who is bright, well educated, eager, ambitious, and just so enthusiastic about the prospect of working as a paralegal in a regulated profession.” She later appeared in MacLean’s magazine to do with the issue of Access to Justice.

 

KENNETH C. MITCHELL -

Kenneth Mitchell is a licenced Paralegal in the Province of Ontario since 2009. Kenneth obtained an MBA in Public Relations and Communications at Royal Roads Univeristy. He furthered his education and achieved a Graduate Certificate in Legal Services from Durham College, an Advanced Certificate in Mediation from Ontario Institute of Law Clerks, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Kenneth had a 25 year career as one of Canada’s leading Private investigators. He was President of Public awareness Television in 1994 as well as achieved the position of Exective Director of the Canadian Security Association in 2007. Kenneth was also formerly a member of the Paralegal Standing Committee back in 2010 to 2014. Kenneth is one of the most experience team member at Koprich Paralegal with legal experitise in Small Claims and Landlord Tenant disputes.

LINDA PIKE -

Linda Pike is a multi-talented individual who has successfully combined two passions in her life: culinary artistry and the pursuit of justice. With over two decades of experience as a seasoned chef/baker and a recent graduate with honours from a Law Clerk and Paralegal program, she is on a remarkable journey toward becoming a licensed Paralegal in 2024. For more than 20 years, Linda has delighted the palates of countless individuals with her creations. As a highly skilled chef/baker, she has honed her culinary craft in prestigious kitchens, earned acclaim for innovation, and demonstrated exceptional leadership as a chef/baker. Her culinary journey is marked by a commitment to excellence, creativity, and a deep understanding of the culinary arts. Her ability to blend flavours, textures, and presentation has delighted diners and earned her a well-deserved reputation in the culinary world. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Linda embarked on a new path by enrolling in the Law Clerk program at Georgian College. After completing this program with honours, she decided to take it one step further and enrolled in the Paralegal program at Georgian College. Her dedication to academic excellence led to her graduation with honours, showcasing her commitment to mastering the complexities of the legal profession. Now in the process of becoming a licensed paralegal, Linda is blending her culinary artistry with her newfound legal acumen. She is driven by a strong sense of justice, ethics, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the legal field. Her transition from culinary arts to law is a testament to her adaptability and determination to excel in multiple domains. Her journey towards paralegal licensing is marked by a commitment to upholding the law, ensuring access to justice for all, and providing essential support in the legal realm


 

Harshil Khabrani

Harshil Khabrani is an ambitious legal professional currently serving as a Law Clerk at Koprich Paralegal Services until he gets his paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario. Harshil demonstrates exceptional skills in drafting claims, defences, motions, and factums. His adept legal writing has earned recognition from professors, mentors, employers, and judges alike. With aspirations to eventually become a lawyer in Canada by validating his foreign law degree through NCA evaluation, Harshil is committed to advancing his legal career. He brings valuable experience as a former part-time real estate and corporate law clerk, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of administrative operations. While contributing to Koprich Paralegal Services, Harshil aims to continue his growth within the firm and make a lasting impact in the legal profession.
